  • Works!
Size: Large/Extra Large Style: Spike
I finally got a chance to test these. I Walk/ run 2 miles a day, up and down roads that can be icy. These worked great, not a lot of ice yet here in my area of Wyoming, but I can update later. Easy to slip on, stays in place, didn't affect me walking or running. I'm 70 yo, I do suggest you walk to get used to the feel before you run. UPDATE: These work really good on ice and in snow. Really icy areas go slow if you're running, it does slip a little. Through snow, I've walked in up to 6 in on my walks, it work well. It's a really good, helpful way during winter to continue to stay active! ... show more

  • Perfect for Boise Winters
Size: Large/Extra Large Style: Spike
The media could not be loaded. I purchased these winter boots ahead of the imminent snowstorms but slipped in them left and right in suburbia. So I had these snow cleats shipped immediately and pulled them onto my boots this morning after nearly slipping on some 6 am ice. Pulled up at my son’s school to ice city, where even the teachers and parents were sliding and nearly slipping. Not me. I was the ice queen this morning. No ice skating for me. I was cleated to the ground and able to hold both my son and myself upright. My sister sent me a ring video a little while ago of her walking out of her house and slipping on her butt. No brace. Bad fall. I recommended these straight away. Love how easy these are to put on. The functionality is excellent. The fit is perfect (my boots are a 10w); XL I believe. Can’t live here without these and can’t recommend these more highly. Save yourself some pain and embarrassment, and a possible bad medical bill. Get these ahead of the snowstorm and not after. ... show more

  • they work!
Size: Small/Medium Style: Spike
Decent everyday cleats for city walking on icy sidewalks. With a little practice they slip on fairly easily and stay on. Be sure to put them on facing away from pets and kids; they are stretchy and can fire off the foot with a fair amount of velocity when pulled tight to put on. My one quibble is the placement of the cleats under the front of the foot. They tend to end up at the very front of the foot, useless on ice. They need to be positioned lower, around the ball of the foot. If the front cup of the cleats was deeper, then the toe would be secure and the underside would not end up on top of the foot. ... show more

  • Great for icy weather!
Size: Large/Extra Large Style: Spike
The Ice Cleats I purchased have been an absolute game-changer! Living in a snowy region, walking outdoors during winter used to be a treacherous task, but not anymore. These cleats offer unparalleled traction on icy surfaces, providing me with stability and confidence with every step. They're easy to put on and take off, fitting snugly over my shoes or boots. Plus, the durable construction ensures they withstand the harshest winter conditions. Thanks to these ice cleats, I can now navigate slippery sidewalks and trails safely and comfortably. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to stay sure-footed in icy conditions! ... show more

  • Great traction on an ice covered dirt road.
Size: Small/Medium Style: Spike
Love them! I can even walk on cleared pavement without them feeling uncomfortable on my shoes. Easy to slip on and they stay on with no problem. I live on a dirt road and as soon it snows the county leaves a layer of snow and ice to protect the road bed from plowing. I walk 4 miles a day all year and for close to 6 months of the year there is snow. I still have not replaced any of my cleats. ... show more

  • Run small
Size: Large/Extra Large Style: Spike
I bought the largest size in women's, but they run small. This makes them hard to attach to the soul of your shoe. I wear a 10.

  • Cleats for shoes
Size: Large/Extra Large Style: Spike
I highly recommend these for snow or ice. We had 7 days of 5 inches of ice this past winter and I wore them to take the fig for walks two times a day. I even ran in them with out fear of falling. My driveway is on a sloop and was able to walk up and down it with out fear of falling. Also nice to fit any shoes you wear. I put them on the bottom of my boots. And they store in my coat closet without taking up space. Great value and a very functional product. I bought a pair for my 80 year old neighbor as well. ... show more

  • Work really great but tend to slip off.
Size: Large/Extra Large Style: Spike
They are slightly difficult to put on your shoes especially if you’re already bundled up to go out but they work great to keep from slipping on the snow. Especially on snow packed sidewalks. The only repeat problem I had was the front of the rubber shoe grip would come off and I’d have to put it back on again. Difficult to do when you are outside all bundled up. Other than the occasional slip off, they work very well! ... show more
