I think I was expecting these to be more sheer like pantyhose, even though they say "opaque" right in the description so chalk that up to inattention. They are more sheer than a straight up tight, but less sheer than the pantyhose that develop runs after you wear them once or twice. I got them to complete a period costume for a show I was in and I ended up liking them more than I thought I would. They are generously sized, or that could just be the size I ordered was a bit too large for me, but I like them anyway. Wanted something more my skin tone to wear when it is cold in Florida (I get cold easily). These seem to fit the bill and the sizing seems right on. Not sure on the durability of them yet (just wearing for the first time) but so far so good. Sometimes you just don't want to wear black tights.
