The media could not be loaded. The dead lights... Know that dtf printers require daily maintenance. Even if you don't use it. I went out of town for 3 days and I came back to a dead printer. *****UPDATE: it was the printhead, it was terribly clugged. I changed the review from 1 start to 5 stars because customer service tried hours with me to fix the problem. I invested in the extended warranty, they sent me replacement parts and waved the 100 dlls shipping charge. Google videos help tons on how to change parts. I still have an issue with the printer. It gives me a red light in paper and I have to reset the counts of the ink waste. Don't ask me what that is, because I google everything. So that it's it. All DTF printers need daily maintenance, no matter which brand. Customer service were friendly, I think I can go work with them after all the things that I did to this printer. They have to teach me how to set the printer in vacation mode now. šŸ«  ... show more

Once you get the printer all setup it works amazing. Tech support was initially hard to get to respond but after I sent message from Amazon I was able to reach tech support without any issues. Tech support fixed all issues with my programs, because I had to purchase a different computer. I would recommend this printer over and over. Customer support will work with you until you are printing quality prints ... show more
