We bought two of these to use as our ski-bike foot ski bags. They fit perfectly, are easy for carrying our equipment to and from the ski hill. The water proof lining is nice as we don't always completely clear off the snow prior to putting away our gear. They have a nice inside strap that helps hold the gear in place but we don't always need it. I don't know how well it works with snow shoes but if you are looking for a bag for unconventional types of play, this is it. Perfect size. I recommend using the strap compartment to put in some foam backing or cardboard to make it more rigid. I love it!

    • roomy and poles that collapse will fit INSIDE the bag for airline travel.

I have 22" MSR EVO Trail snowshoes. I bought the 25-30" model so that I can enclose my POLES in the larger bag w/the snowshoes and tails for AIRLINE travel. This larger bag leaves room for padding the snowshoe cleats and bubblewrapping the pole TIPS for safer checked baggage travel. The snowpole "pocket" on the outside of the bag will fit a 27 ounce Klean Kanteen water bottle. So, my 25-30" bag is being used for 22" MSR EVO TRAIL snowshoes and tails and poles that collapse to 25" with room to pad the items for airline baggage check in. Will re-visit once I check this bag in the airline cargo hold. I wish these bags were 100% dry bag fabric (esp. on the bottom) for resting the bag in the snow. ... show more
