While this is a professional commercial product, it is being used for the home and is a real gem. Easy to use, sturdy and looks great for the unpleasant chore of cleaning floors. I was so happy with this originally it wasn't really easy to get the pegs in the bottom and all that but I was still happy.... then i droped it. as soon as I dropped it the corner piece that holds the wheel on broke. I tried super gluing it a bunch of times and it didnt work. now I use it with the wheels off and its pain in the butt.it's just not sturdy and for the price I paid it should be durable. not gonna buy this one again ... show more

    • The part that squeezes the Mop, water out of the mop does not squeeze it hard enough
