I have owned so many straighteners over 15 years! This one is the most gentle on my hair and it shines. My hair is short, wavy, frizzy and thick. Not great, not even good - absolutely not worth the price. It broke within the year and I have to go over each section (slowly) multiple times to achieve straight hair and my hair is only slightly wavy.
