I have owned so many straighteners over 15 years! This one is the most gentle on my hair and it shines. My hair is short, wavy, frizzy and thick. I love this iron because it works well, heats up quickly, and also cools down quickly. It’s thick enough that it covers a lot of hair at once but thin enough that I can get good precision out of it. I have had other flat irons but wanted one that wouldn’t make my hair smell. The price was way less thank the Drybar website and as hoped for my hair doesn’t have that burn smell to it like other brands! Highly recommend
