A decently made hand pump, but the gaskets for it are a little leery. I wouldn't be so sure or certain about long term use with this, if you're pumping gasoline or other liquid that eats away at rubber or seals. Also, wouldn't use it for potable water as well, I'm pretty certain it is not safe for drinking fluids. Other than that, it does work, but do physics and how it works, you do not get a strong pull or discharge, naturally, due to the gear ratio.
