It's a pretty good toy, the only downside with these things are the battery life. They don't last long when you start flying them.

This is a great drone for beginners. The drone arrived as described in secure packaging. The instruction booklet is easy to understand. There were no issues setting up the device. The batteries charge for about 1.5 hours and allow for 20-25 min flight time. Very easy to control using the controller, which has a nice holder for your phone from which you can view what is on the camera. Comes with propeller guards and extra propellers.     • Problems from the start
Bought this drone for my 11 year old sons birthday. He was thrilled when he unwrapped his gift and we quickly put it together and charged the battery. 1st flight was quite good and the drone responded well. The next morning my son was up early to fly his drone only to find it would no longer leave the ground. It would drift sideways and not lift off. We changed a propellor just to see if that would help. Changed the battery. We followed the instructions on pg 4 of the manual to calibrate it, still nothing. We went online to search for help and sent an email but I still have a very disappointed son. We will be sending this drone back for sure. Very sad about this because it's a good looking drone but unfortunately for us it's a dud!! I would NOT recommend this drone to anyone!!! ... show more

    • Issues with syncing the drone and remote
We purchased this for my 10yr old son for Christmas, he absolutely loves it. This is his first drone and has learned to fly it quickly. Unfortunately, we have have the hardest time with getting the remote and drone to connect. It just will not sync, its almost like there is something wrong internally either with the drone or the remote. It's sad because he cannot truly enjoy the drone half of the time. When it works its great, but when it will not connect it becomes very frustrating. The second with concern are the battery packs, while it come with two. They do not seem to last the 10 minutes and advertised. For these reasons I can only give the drone three stars. ... show more

The setup was so easy. I got this for my 85 year old father. It was up and running quickly. Impressive camera, picture is very clear. Battery Life much better than the previous drone I had. The manual (like most) was small, I used the chat at 9:00PM Pacific Time and a live agent sent me a PDF version so I could print it larger.     • An honest review, which I wish I'd seen prior to buying this.
Somewhat of a drone enthusiast, first one I bought, I was hooked. I Now own several, so there's a basis for accurate contrast. Ok, first if all, this drone is not large. This is one of their selling points. So the first disappointment was seeing the actual size of this thing. Its medium sized at best. The second disappointment was picking it up and holding it for the first time. It is among the cheapest and lightest materials used in drones. Feather light, the plastic shell is paper thin. Don't fly this thing on a windy day, it will get swept up and blown away in the breeze. The motors are really small, low output. Don't be fooled by the triple propellers like I did. I thought this thing would have amazing torque and lift, but it definitely does not. Slow climb, even in speed 3. Battery life is approx 10 min per flight which is average. Flight controls are pretty responsive although at around 100 feet, connection drops in and out. So dont fly beyond that, or you may lose this paper airplane. Camera is really choppy in fpv mode. So they went uber cheap on the onboard transponder as well. Had I been able to hold this thing prior to buying, I absolutely would not have at $90. This item is not worth more than $40. You can get muuuuch better drone for this price. If I had paid $40, this review probably wouldnt have been written because I believe you get what you pay for. But almost a hundred dollars for this is a rip off. ... show more

Very easy to set up and use. It is very robust. In a couple hours of use been knocked off fencing, removed from bushes, even got accidentally submerged. Still worked great. The video app and camera is also very fun.
