    • This drone is not steady and is undependable.
I bought this drone because of the advertised price; however, it was a disappointment. The first one crashed unexpectedly and the replacement drone would not hover in one place and did not fly in the direction I was steering it. Instead while hovering it would drift sometimes in the path of trees and other objects. Lastly, it was very bulky and felt very cheap. I would not recommend this drone as a beginner drone due to it's performance and it's high price. I replaced it with a DJI mini 2 for nearly the same price and Wow what a HUGHE difference. I bought my Limitless 4S drone to see if flying drones was for me. I thought that I would first buy a reasonably priced drone and then, if I really liked flying them, I would buy one of the more expensive drones later. Having owned this drone for several weeks now, I am sold on Drone-Clone Xperts and their Limitless 4S drone. It is feature packed and easy to fly. While out flying my drone I met some other drone enthusiasts and let them take turns flying it. They had nothing but good things to say about it. While flying their "premium drones", I noticed that they seemed to have glitchy video feeds, while my Limitless 4 worked perfectly. The Limitless 4S matched their features almost exactly, but at a fraction of the price. I cannot see any reason to "upgrade" to a better drone. As good as their drones are, their customer service is even better. Matthew has always answered my questions in a timely and thorough manner. He exemplifies what customer service should be. Drone-Clone Xperts offer exceptional products at reasonable prices and supports what they sell. I highly recommend them and their products. A+++ ... show more

the limitless 4 S drone is very easy to fly and as long as you use the SD card it will take great pics and videos. if you have any problems with the drone or the Limitless 4 app they are very helpful in solving your issue.

I reached emailed customer support and quickly received a response from Matthew Kennney. He replied he would work something out for me and he did. He replaced my drone I was blown away!!
