  • Very pleased - just what I expected
Style: Sheer Press Cloth
This cloth is just as I expected. It’s silk organza that has been pinked on the edges. I was proactive- from past experiences- and zigzagged plus sewed a straight stitch around the edges to prevent the fraying- like shown on my old cotton pressing cloth. I chose to purchase this cloth instead of making my own because I didn’t want extra fabric laying around, the cost (which wasn’t cheap, but cheaper) and shipping. For those worried about all the little fuzzies- after securing the edges with a zigzag stitch throw it in your dryer with a tennis ball for 10-15 minutes, trim any long strings if there are any and you should be good - or that has been my experience. I would purchase it again. ... show more

  • the best so far
Style: Sheer Press Cloth
I have purchased several iron cloths for my husband's work pants and this is the best one so far. It is bigger and very durable.

  • Happy with product
Style: Vue-Thru Press Cloths
The cloth is what I needed to iron my son's dark blue police uniform and keep the material shine free. It's especially helpful in putting the crease in the trousers. Being able to see through the ironing cloth helps keep that crease as a single line instead of many lines from previous ironing.

  • Very useful press cloth
Style: Sheer Press Cloth
I like using this much more than a "normal" press cloth, becauase I can see through it to be sure that the fabric underneath doesn't have any folds/wrinkles that I'm ironing in. It has protected every type of fabric I've tried so far, and it is huge - doesn't need to be moved around while ironing.

  • Protects your delicate fabrics
Style: Sheer Press Cloth
I had never used a silk press cloth but decided it would be a smart purchase when making my daughter's wedding gown. It was an extremely smart purchase. Durable and definitely protects delicate fabrics. I'm sure I avoided major trouble by using it. And when I made a last minute decision to underline the lace sleeves with silk organza - while temporarily living in the middle of nowhere, an hour away from the nearest fabric store - I decided to use the presscloth as the underlining. I washed it, pressed it and attached it to the lace. It was just barely enough fabric to underline the sleeves and it worked perfectly. So I had to order another presscloth - But I have to say I got my money's worth and then some! ... show more

  • Works but messy
Style: Sheer Press Cloth
It does prevent shine and scorch but it covers your clothes in white fibers

  • Works as intended
Style: Sheer Press Cloth
I haven't used this a ton, but it works great so far. I was using a piece of quilting cotton as a pressing cloth prior and I love that this is so sheer and I can see what I'm pressing now. My only concern would be the possibility of the edges unraveling since they're just pinked, but I think some fray check would work, or a simple straight seam along all the edges. ... show more
