I purchased this DreamQuest mini PC because I needed a low cost system to use just for home use (web browsing, watching videos, general usage, MS Word documents and 4k video resolution). Did not need a powerful CPU or high-end video chip. I am not a gamer, and don't use resource intensive apps, thus, this mini PC has what I need for regular use. Highlights: - Intel N95 CPU. This is not a high-end CPU. It's really for general home use, not for heavy gamers. - 4K video chipset (Intel UHD) works great with my 28 inch 4K monitor. - Both wifi and bluetooth chipset are from RealTek. - Package comes with an HDMI cable, mounting bracket, screwdriver. - The two physical 1Gbps ethernet ports are a nice to have. Many mini PCs only have one physical port. - Was able to connect all my bluetooth devices (Sony speaker/mic, mouse, keyboard, earpiece). - Works fine with my external USB wifi adapter (both 2.4 and 5Ghz). - You can add an extra 2.5 inch SSD drive. Just open the case and connect the drive. However, not sure if this is necessary. Just hook up an external drive or USB stick to the USB port - much easier. Or use the TF card port. - This unit gets hot on the top cover when there is excessive CPU utilization. The fan kicks in, but it is not loud. Very reasonable. - I use two external monitors connected via the HDMI ports. Works fine. - There is no displayport connector or USB C-Type slots (not an issue for me). - Comes installed with a valid licensed copy of Windows 11 Pro. Runs very smoothly. Make sure to always run the Windows updater to get the latest updates. - Product support has been great. They respond very quickly. BTW: This mini PC has 16GB of memory. I have yet to use more than 8GB. I also installed and used OBS software (video capture) and it worked fine. - as expected. Personal Preference: - I am not a fan of the tp panel blue blinking LEDs. There is no user-friendly way to turn them off. However, if you are skilled enough, you can open the case, remove the motherboard and remove the connector to the LED board. That will do the trick. However, I don't recommend you do that because it can void your warranty or you can accidently damage other components. Do at your own risk. Overall, this mini PC is very cost-effective for the functionality it offers. It does everything I need for it to do. I also have a different mini PC (AMD) from a different seller that I use for other/work purposes, but this DreamQuest model works perfect for our home use purposes. No need for a larger more expensive PC. To preserve the life expectancy of these mini PCs, I always turn them off if I am not using them. Too much heat over time can degrade components and life expectancy. I plan to keep/use this mini PC for as long as it works. So, to sum it up, if you are a gamer, this mini PC is not for you. If you are a home user that uses a PC for general purposes, then this PC will do you just fine. Would also make a great gift for young kids who need to learn on a computer. ... show more

I got this couple of days back. I set it up quickly and easily. I don't run heavy apps on it; I don't plan to. So, it is fairly warm and running just fine. I would suggest if you run one or two apps on it all day. It is quiet -- almost no noise compared to my other desktops I have and had. I bought the 32 G RAM with 1 TB ROM -- which is an overkill for my needs -- but it just cost me $100 over 16 GB and 0.5 TB model - for a total of little over $300. Also, there is an option to upgrade the ROM with a SSD drive (only M key SATA 3.0 interface if that makes a difference for you). The unit is very light weight -- I don't know the exact weight but feels like less than a pound -- that is good for taking it on a travel (but you need to carry a keyboard and a mouse, and may connect to the hotel TV for a monitor). The appearance is slick and elegant. WiFi connected just fine. The rest is Microsoft Windows stuff. Very impressed with the ease of setup and performance. You will need a wired USB keyboard for the initial Windows installation since a wireless keyboard can’t be recognized until Windows installation is completed.

As the name implies DreamQuest Mini PC, IT IS A DREAM QUEST TO GET TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR THIS PRODUCT IN THEIR WEB PAGE; It never loads up, when using Firefox this is what I got "It’s likely the website’s certificate is expired, which prevents Firefox from connecting securely. If you visit this site, attackers could try to steal information like your passwords, emails, or credit card details", I was looking for troubleshooting tips as why this DREAMQUEST MINI was shutting down or restarting after using it less that 1 hour, YES I SAY 1 HOUR, in Amazon Web page the ratings for Tech Support are 4.8 Stars (?), YEAH RIGHT, FAKE REVIEWS, from my part running for only 1 hour more or less, it RUNS HOT TO THE TOUCH AFTER 35 MINUTES THE FAN WAS NOISY CONSTANTLY RUNNING, THE WINDOWS 11 SET UP WAS A PERFECT 10 ONCE IT WAS UP AND RUNNING I tested by going to YouTube and videos play almost okey, UNFORTUNATELY my experience with this computer was very bad, as it will restart by itself or shut down, in 1 hour more or less I experience 2 SHUTDOWNS AND 1 RESTART BY ITSELF, when looking for troubleshooting information it was A DREAM QUEST, WHICH I NEVER GOT, I did returned to Amazon, THEY REFUND ME THE TOTAL AMOUNT PRICE, Thanks Amazon!!!, BUY SOMETHING ELSE SAVE YOUR MONEY IS A WASTE DREAMQUEST PC!. ... show more

Set-up was easy. The updating Windows took a minute but went well. This computer is a well put together. I bench tested the chip and all is well!. This isn't a gaming computer, it is an office computer. It can handle documents, Zoom, low graphic games, and surfing the internet. I use three monitors and this computer handled it with no issues.
