Came packaged very neatly and carefully. Still wish lamps like this would go in reverse order of dimness -- from lighter to darker instead of darker to lighter-- but that's just my preference. The media could not be loaded. I ike this lamp OK, but I ordered two of them and they both have the same problem. There are only 2 different light options instead of three as advertised. I attached a video so you can see. When I tap it once it goes on low, twice and it is brighter, third time and nothing happens, fourth time it turns off. So I am missing the high option, I guess.
