_These very compact, rigid, functional, and cute lamps are of better than average engineering it seems. _The 3 wire grounded cord extends the circuit ground to the lamp base outlet, which is is nice to see. The lamp base outlet is rated at 7.5 amps, but I would recommend it for lighter loads such as and additional USB charger, or table radio. No! Don't plug your vacuum cleaner or heating pad into it! _The well-rated Qty(2) top mounted USB A and QTY(1) USB C charging ports are for a combined 5 Volt, 5 Amp, DC available output. I plan to install USB port dust plugs and save the charging ports for future use. Most people will find the ports to be convenient, I would think. _I installed relatively low output 450 lumen 3000k LED bulbs, which is less than needed for bedroom reading. Nice ambience! Love these lamps! Super easy to assemble, and they look great! The only problem I see is my iPhone 13 pro is a little too thick, and falls over easily if trying to use the phone/tablet stand. When it falls over it tends to hit the off switch. My boyfriends S22 fits perfectly and leans on the stand like it is supposed too. So just a heads up if you have an iPhone 13 since they are thicker then the previous generations or if you have a thick phone case. Other than that issue they work really well. Something else I really like is that the cord is thick, this is great for us because we have cats who like to chew through cords. ... show more

These lamps are awesome. They don’t take up a lot of space and they have plugs for USB and 3-prong traditional power on top which is super convenient. The push/flip power switch is right there on the base and very easy to get to (as compared with lamps that have the turn-switches up inside the shade next to the bulb.) The slots to hold your phone on its side is pretty cool too. (Note: May not fit phones or tablets with chunky cases though.) It handles unconventional bulbs perfectly; I put LED color change Smart Bulbs (Kasa) in them so I could dim them on demand and, holy heck, it’s life changing for this migraine sufferer! I wish the shades were more white, instead of cream, but otherwise they are lamp-perfection. I wish I’d bought them sooner. ... show more
