I got these for my wife who loves to wear her Uggs and other winter boots whenever the weather starts to get cold. Upon opening the box, she told me that "they are cuter than the pictures" which is a ringing endorsement. These were ordered in size 8 and fit her perfectly which suggests that they run true to size. Like most snow boots, the boots are a little wider at the opening than most shoes. This accommodates jeans and fuzzy socks nicely. She tried them on and said that they are super comfortable. The tread on the bottom looks like it will grip well in snow and ice. The rubber toe caps are a nice touch as they'll help keep her toes dry in slushy winter weather. She said she'd rate these five stars and would recommend them to others looking for cute, comfortable snow boots. Now we wait for the flakes to start flying! ... show more

    • REALLY cute but run big

I absolutely love these boots! They’re very high quality, very well made, and I love the contrast between the two-tones of gray. Part of the upper is very similar to suede or faux suede, which I knew before ordering these, so I have definite concerns regarding how well they’ll hold up come winter…any kind of liquid pretty much destroys suede, whether it’s regular suede or faux. I’ll obviously treat them really well with water and stain repellent, but I know from experience that no matter how much you spray them, you’ll still end up with water marks/salt stains/regular stains that’ll be pretty much impossible to fully remove. I ordered my usual size (6), but these run about a half size too big - even with a memory foam insert, they still feel loose on me. I’m hoping wearing thicker socks in combination with the inserts will take up the space left by that 1/2 size, but that remains to be seen. Regardless, I still love these and the pros outweighs those specific cons, so I would recommend them as long as you’re aware of (and ok with) the above!! ... show more

"They're really cute!" My daughter's words on seeing these boots. She's in her mid 20's and we don't have the same taste in a lot of things, but she really likes these and I'll have to order her a pair as well. I ordered these for the upcoming colder season here and I really like them. They're warm, they are actually cute, and they fit well. There is a tread on the bottom which will help walking in slushy snow, and the soles inside are cushioned well. One note that I have learned with Dream Pairs shoes (I have several styles by this company) is that I need to size up by a half or one full size. I like the style of this shoe. And the color. They are comfortable but have little arch support that can be added with an insert later. I found that if I wear certain socks that may have a certain kind of knit, my foot is getting agitated by the abrasiveness. Think wool or even something without much natural fiber. Maybe my feet are sensitive. But this is my experience. Worn for shorter periods of time, they could be fine. They are cozy! Haven't tried them in the rain yet. Stay tuned. ... show more

I needed some boots/shoes that I will be able to wear through the Autumn and Winter months; these 'DREAM PAIRS' Ankle Winter Boots are exactly what I wanted! First off, the sizing is quite accurate; I ordered my usual size in boots, and these fit well (with room to wear some thick socks underneath if I so choose). I like the way these are designed, with both comfort and warmth in mind; with also adding a touch of style! The shoes were already laced up when I got them, and are very simple to tie (and keep tied). I like that these have a grip to them, to help in the cold Winter snow/ice; also they have a black waterproof tip that helps keep the tips of my toes extra warm. These are an excellent cross between boots and shoes, and provide necessary warmth and comfort. I like how stylish and modern these are, and they go well with a wide variety of wardrobe pieces. I'm very pleased with these shoes so far, and also the quality and craftsmanship of them. These felt a solid half size too small and pinched my toes badly. I can't speak to how warm or waterproof they are because I couldn't keep them on my feet long enough. Bummer!

Hard to know what to wear them with. Looks a little poof on the top. Gets the job done but looks a little funky. Not a fan of the white. These are rain boots. Theyre going to get soiled and look awful the first time they're exposed to the elements.

These boots appear to be made from quality materials. I didn't notice any defects and they fit true to size. They are very warm so don't worry about having your toes get cold when wearing these. They are great for hiking but are stylish enough to wear out on any occasion.
