This is a wonderful baby mattress. It’s not too hard or too soft. It fits in a regular size crib and it comes in a box so that when you open it and unfurl it you just leave it over night to allow it to come to its unfolded full size. It’s white and has a waterproof coating on it but I would suggest that you still use a mattress cover under your sheet. Nice mattress for a baby, especially compared to the usual plastic covered spring mattresses. The mattress is very firm which is good for safe sleep. It is an inch or two larger than the typical spring filled crib mattress so it will fit nice and tight in the crib with no gaps (also excellent for safe sleep). The removable cover is really soft and a crib sheet fits so nicely over it. Considering it is not waterproof I wouldn’t use this product during potty training. But it is excellent for a baby because the soft fabric cover makes no noise when you are putting the baby in bed without waking them. Hope this helps! ... show more

I've bought this mattress twice! Its excellent quality and comfortable for a kid. Has a removable cover that you can just throw it in the washer and dryer without having to worry of it breaking. It is so easy to clean. I'll tell you, the cover is so strong that i used it as a carseat bag for traveling, checked the carseat and the cover once picked up at the carrousel and everything was intact! Thats how great it is. Used the mattress on the crib and also on a toddler bed with no problem at all. Like, i want one for myself if they sell a bigger size.
