I'm 30 days plus and just purchased my second container. Some benefits I've noticed right away: mental clarity, calmness throughout the day, good energy and able to cope with stressful situations. The focus and clarity of mind is what has me taking a scoop-a-day to keep the body and mind well balanced. If you visit Dragon Herb's website, there a short video by this greens creator, where he lights up a light bulb with these greens! That was fun. I'm not sure what to say about this so I'm gonna rate it as a three, it is very bitter. You gotta get over the bitter taste first. Yup I've tried it in my coffee turns my coffee green.
