I recently came across Dragon Herbs Tonic Alchemy Greens Superfood Powder by chance and it immediately became part of my morning greens intake. I'm 30 days plus and just purchased my second container. Some benefits I've noticed right away: mental clarity, calmness throughout the day, good energy and able to cope with stressful situations. The focus and clarity of mind is what has me taking a scoop-a-day to keep the body and mind well balanced. If you visit Dragon Herb's website, there a short video by this greens creator, where he lights up a light bulb with these greens! That was fun.
