The Game came is very new, fun to play with pre-order in tact. Now for the bad stuff so U know this is legit. This is my 1st time pre-ordering from Amazon, and my god it’s the worst thing I could have done. I paid for the Ultimate Edition of this game to get is early. Whelp that didn’t happen instead it came 2 weeks after the games release, and like really 2 weeks. You think when u pay extra for the game to come early you get what you paid for, well I guess not Amazon. And it was shipped by them, so like really dude. And my pre-order bonus came two after they delivered the game to me after the two weeks, so I couldn’t get it all at once even though I pre-ordered on the 27th of September. Other than that the game is good, but the Amazon delivery sucks. Wouldn’t recommend buying games from them unless it was the very last option, and no other store, or online retailer sales it. ... show more

If it wasn't for gamestop telling me that they have plenty of copies but would only sell them to "pro-members" i would have never found this game on Amazon. Not only did it show up on time (a bit earlier than delivery window) but i also didn't have to be a "pro-member" thank you Amazon. For those of you that are wondering if you should buy the hard copy from a store for an extra $25 a year I say have a little patience and buy it online. Game is amazing and I love it. ... show more

I pre ordered the game (ultimate edition) which was supposed to be early access. I didn’t get my game until the 15th, 4 days after it released worldwide for everyone. People who didn’t pre order this game had it before i did. Additionally not all of the advertised to be included content was included such as Goku mini and the 6 early access characters. I had to spend money on a DLC i found called “pre order pack” in the PS store. The fact that it’s identified as a pre order pack yet has a cost is incredible. Everything promotional about this game was false advertisement, the early access, the rewards, even the fun. And the fact that multiplayer only has 1 map is trash. Took them how many years to dish out this so called sequel yet it doesn’t even have all the content that DBZTB3 had. Lazy. ... show more

The game is great 5/5 but Amazon gets 0/5 on this one. Even with preordering over a month in advance, Amazon did not give any timing until the game was fully released on 10/11. Never mind early access, the game did not arrive until 3 days after release when the ultimate edition was sold out everywhere. Had this been communicated in advance, most folks would have opted to purchase elsewhere and pick up in person. If you are looking to preorder any games and play day of, look elsewhere and just pick up in person when possible. ... show more

The game it’s self it’s phenomenal!! Old school tenkaichi vibes but with more en technology! Great game but DELIVERED A WEEK LATE! Preordered the ultimate edition to get the the early access characters and game play BUT RECEIVED THE GAME A WEEK LATE! I don’t think we’ll ever preorder a game thru Amazon again. Bought this game because I love DBZ and was a huge fan of the Budokai Tenkaichi series and loved the combat of it. I decided to pre order the ultimate edition on Amazon back in September and was expecting to get it early for the 3 day access. But due to unfortunate circumstances with Amazon I was not able to get it on time and it was delivered 1 week later then expected. Not only that but dial case came in damaged the clips that hold the manual came broken and the disk was not locked into place even though it was seal. I'm currently trying to test if the desk still works and if not I'll be reaching out to Amazon for a refund or return for the defective disc. ... show more

Great game horrible shipping. The game came with the disc loose and my pre order arrived almost two weeks late. If you are a fan of the series you will love the game. Those saying they didn’t get the preorder bonus need to check their email. An amazing sequel to the Budokai Tenkaichi series! Just hours of fun! If only Amazon could of delivered on time instead of me having to buy a digital version of the game. Seriously, how is it everyone has their copy of the game but idiots like me have to wait on nearly a week late for our copies? I'm getting mine on a FREAKIN SUNDAY!! What's the point of buying the collector's edition to get it early only to get it super late? This is probably the last time I EVER GET a collector's edition on this site.
