UPDATES: 3/27/22 - I took 2 pills trying to expedite the process. That was a VERY poor decision. I was in excruciating pain. NEVER again. I’ll continue with 1 pill daily until goal met. 3/19/2022 - Well I decided to take these again because I have some stubborn pounds I’ve been unable to lose since my gluttonous birthday and the holiday season. I am having a very different experience this round 1. I know to drink 24 oz water as soon as I wake up, 2. as soon as I feel the painful gripping I start guzzling water; and 3. I am already eating healthier, and small meals frequently throughout the day hence less of a build up for this medicine to work through. Day 1 (taking 1 pill with 12 oz of water the night before) - Painful, shorter bouts throughout the day that I could manage. Surprisingly I lost 2lbs. Day 2 (taking 1 pill w 12 oz of water the night before) - Painful, shorter bouts throughout the day that I could manage. I actually lost 2 more pounds. (Yes I kept weighing myself not believing it 😂). Day 3/Today (taking 1 pill w 12 oz of water the night before) - Nothing. Zero gripping and urge to go to the restroom. When I did go, I could tell there was an effect but that’s it. Very interesting. I need to lose 5 more lbs. to get back to my proper BMI. I’ll continue for 5 more days or until 5 lbs. lost, whichever comes first. Oh and as expected, my sweet cravings, poor food choice cravings are gone. (And yes I know - Sadly I purchased this bottle same time last year, which means I need to cease with the gluttony season because the weight isn’t coming off as years past. I don’t want to get stuck with the weight as I know can happen.) Hope this is helpful. ——————— 3/12/2021 - Well it is effective, like so many have already shared. I took it because I had gain a lot weight and become blatantly glutinous with this pandemic lifestyle. For me, this is what I found: 1. If I could be home all day, I’d drink 48oz of water as soon as I woke up - It’d prevent the gripping and I’d go to the bathroom comfortably and conveniently throughout the day. 2. If I wasn’t staying home all day, as soon as I woke up I’d drink about 8 oz and let it take it’s painful but quicker course. I’d be free and clear the rest of the day. But warning - It is VERY painful. I had experienced this type of pain before (sadly almost every month) so I knew I wouldn’t die, I had to just breath through it LOL I did well significantly reducing my food portions, avoiding sweets and fatty foods. However I wasn’t able to exercise daily nor eat mostly fruit and vegetables like I was supposed to, as advised. And because of time constraints not conducive to detoxing, I was only able to take it for 9 days which is why I took 2 pills per day for all 9 days. Despite what I couldn’t or didn’t do, I was very fortunate to lose 7 lbs in 9 days. I am very pleased. But don’t ever want to do this again LOL ... show more

Kind of surprised of the low reviews because this product does exactly what it is supposed to do. Yes it causes some slight cramping but that is due to the stimulant. It does advise against using if you have certain medical conditions so read the label first. Obviously it will result in frequent trips to the bathroom. That’s the point. Use only when you plan to be home for the day. Or over the weekend if your schedule allows. I took this cleanse for two full days and I lost 4 pounds. I never thought I would be anxious to write a colon cleanse review, but here we are! I wish I would have discovered this so many years ago! I thought for years that I was stuck with my pooch of a belly. I've tried targeted exercises and diets and what not, but THIS amazing cleanse is the thing that finally worked!!!! It started helping a day or two in with my normal bowel movements. But when we hit week 3....OMG I was shocked at how much could come out of there!!! I literally lost weight in a matter of minutes! I stood up after my battle with the potty and my pooch was GONE! Seriously GONE!! I cannot recommend this enough! I actually use it still every couple days to hopefully keep me cleansed out. The only negative thing for me it was that after a few days I started getting really bad stomach cramps before using the bathroom so I stopped taking it. This is my 2nd round taking these pills I did it last year and lost 20lbs in 14 days the cramps hurt like a mfer, and make sure for me anyway that you take off of work or are close to a restroom for the first 5 to 7 days after mid day....I took them around 10pm every night and was on the toilet from about 7am to 10am constantly( invest in some baby wipes, and don't eat to much spicy, oily, or acidic ish). This is my second time I'm on day 5 currently from doing this a year ago, idk if the pills are stronger or not I've lost about 10lbs but the cramps are worse, but sticking with it, def. Again invest in baby wipes don't drink alcohol or eat with these pills or your a$$ gone be sorry(had a friend do that)....idk the long term effects but think this will be my last time great for cleansing and weight loss just don't abuse it! ... show more
