In California we need a weighing device on us at all times when foraging for clams, mussels, etc. This does the trick very well as it is lightweight and compact. The built in measuring tape is very useful so that you don't need to bring a separate measuring device. Only gripe I have is that the measuring tape has sharp edges so I would be careful when giving this device to younger children. It appears to be pretty accurate I have weight a few packages of meat from the grocery store and they we a match on the weight. It is very easy to read even in bright light, I can not read a thing on my phone or gook etc without glasses and I can easily read this without them so that is a bonus in my eyes! I am using this scale primarily for my bicycles - attached to the work stand. It is simple and basic but works great and seems to be very repeatable with an outstanding resolution. I do use ropes/tie wraps for attaching bike parts or bikes - some creativity is required.

I can't say anything as too longevity since I just got this. It worked great for weighing my baby goats so that I could feed and dose medicine the appropriate amounts. The media could not be loaded. I purchased this scale April 2023 after reading several of the reviews. Very inexpensive, yet did the job while it worked. I only used it 3x because I want to get an accurate reading rather than using the other manual scale. Unfortunately after changing the batter the scale no longer works. I’m going to give it another try and hopefully I’ll get more use out of it or i will stick to the manual scale. I only gave 3 stars because I can’t get it to come on but it was great when it worked. ... show more
