I applied these bandages on all my blisters and unfortunately didn’t have any way to dry out my shoes the next day. These bandages miraculously stayed on my toes the following day hiking 17+ miles in wet shoes. Unfortunately I waited too long to put this on my heel...and ended up with a blister while walking at Disney World. I did have these blister bandages with me, so after I started feeling the painful blister, I quickly put the bandage on. It helped ease the pain and by the next day, the blister was gone. These blister bandaids helped save my beach trip when I developed sore blisters from my beach sandals. They stayed on fairly well even in the water. They helped my blisters to heal quickly as they prevented additional rubbing. My sores were on my smallest toes. Good for most rugged hiking. Better than moleskin as I used both then proceeded to get my shoes wet as we had to cross a knee high stream. When we made camp, the moleskin was shredded and about 1/2 or more of this stuff was still stuck on my feet (thank God). Today we did another 7 miles of rugged terrain and it held up well.
