Okay….. at first I was a bit skeptical that something strong enough to do laundry and clean floors was going to be ok to wash my body with. I was greatly surprised! This stuff was awesome. Now I must admit using it to wash your body was a little interesting since washing private areas require a little bit more softer care and can sting a little bit but other than that I felt extremely squeaky clean and the peppermint smelled amazing. Great soap with many uses. Love it as a shampoo but also use it for cleaning. Makes a great hand soap. I like to add castor oil, rosemary and tea tree for shampoo. Easy on the castor oil but it really balances out the mixture.

I have been using Dr. Bonners peppermint castile liquid soap for decades. Especially appreciate using a few drops of it, on the loofah, taking a shower all summer long. Very refreshing. Whole foods delivers straight to your door basically for the same price you can get it in store, delivery included. Probably the most bang for your buck with the gallon. This and the the purple label dr. Bronners have the best scents.
