My expectations were pretty low, but must admit this made racing games a lot more fun. We bought over the holidays when price was reduced and happy with the purchase. Setup was simple. It does require a controller to be attached to the unit and if using a wireless controller, you must remove the batteries. (For Xbox one x). We simply attached this to a full standing TV tray and works good. It responds good on most driving games but not perfect, and I didn’t expect perfection at this price. Steering is slow to respond when turning the wheel. Pedals are good but cheap feeling. I wouldn’t plan to abuse it. Cable from the unit to the Xbox is a little short for our large game room. Does good with Forza 7 and much better than just using the controller but still not like driving a real car. I recommend it but just know this is not a top-of-the-line system but is a lot of fun. Serious gamers would want to step up several levels in cost and quality vs this one. ... show more

I've had this wheel and pedal set for over a year and it works well but some things could be improved. As the headline says, it could be better quality as, after a while of using it, the D-pad came off. The way the controls work is also whacky. You'd think that the pedals would be separate buttons from those on the wheel but the RT and LT buttons go hand-in-hand with the pedals. For example, the LT button is the brake (or the left pedal) and the RT button is the accelerator (or the right pedal). Then, after almost 2 years of using it, just turning the wheel to the right somehow turned into the LT button that I originally had as the brake so, whenever I'd turn right, it'd just brake. I found, though, that that only happened with the pedals plugged into the wheel so it might be something to do with the pedals as all of my other controls were fine. Other than those little things, this wheel and pedal set works well even if it can only be used for so long before something goes wrong. ... show more

Purchased as Christmas gift my 11 year old son. He loves it, just wishes he could use it on more games. It was easy to set up and connected right away (if you read instructions!). It has been used a lot since Christmas and no issues!

Used this as my first steering wheel and it worked it does its job but doesnt do it well and its not immersive at all good for maybe testing the waters and seeing if you would like racing games but it only steers like to 180 degrees and thats it. You cant make sharp turns and it feels nothing like a real car but i would recomend saving some money and buying a used Logitech G920 it will be worth it if your actually intrested in sim racing. I am not giving it a 1 star because it works and someone might find it worth it and imersive enough especially if your just getting into it and unsure if its for you.
