These inserts are exactly like the boomba ones but basically half the price and way faster shipping. They are super sticky on both sides but do only work with tighter tops/dresses and bikinis. Definitely give you a lottt of lift and I’ve reused mine a few times now and they’re still just as sticky.

These inserts aren't bad, they do the trick with the right bra over them. I definitely wouldn't wear them without a bra, you can definitely see their shape under most materials (except maybe a bulky sweatshirt lol) and it makes the chest appear lumpy. I like these triangle double sided sticky bra inserts because they are lightweight, comfortable to wear, and they fit just right. Additionally, these adhesive push ups have good adhesion, they were easy to clean and I was able to wear them multiple times. Plus, these bra inserts came with a small and clear plastic pouch with zipper so I can put them inside of their pouch when I am not wearing them.
