Let’s go ahead and start with the positive! This product is great for the right space the my garage has to store my CRF dirt bike. It is easy to push up even with how heave my bike is. Much easier to get the bike on than a traditional stand. And the adjustment in hight is quite a bit! It can easily accommodate any size bike. Now for what makes it only worth 2 stars in my opinion. First off there was no assembly instructions so I have to figure it out myself. Honestly didn’t take long, was not that hard, and I probably would not have looked at them if it came with them... Also the thing was missing a cotter pin not a big deal, but still. While the mounting pad looks nice and is grippy it is too small I have to be careful of how I place it under my bike or it will fall off. Then there is the shock absorber... This is the very reason I bought this platform and one of the worst things about it. The shock does not allow the stand to return all the way to the bottom and the bike hangs up on the stand causing you to have to pick the bike up (exactly what I didn’t want to have to do anymore!) I’m removing the shock and hopefully it will fix my frustration. Lastly this thing is really not all that sturdy and the parts do not line up the best causing it to bind up just a little. I believe that the are better products out there than this one for near the same price. This one just doesn’t preform as expected, but then again it was cheap so I can’t complain too much. Cant use it for a large bike, works okay for an XR100 or smaller. Super disapointed.
