Features

  • SHAVE IN CLASSIC COMFORT: With four ultra-sharp blades on an angular platform, the Pace 4 Pro is your go-to razor for a smooth, rejuvenating shave every day. The unique pivoting head and soft rubber fin help you mop up any stragglers and ensure your beard gets the full DORCO treatment.
  • A CLOSE, COMFORTABLE SHAVE WITH LESS IRRITATION: Advanced lubrication strip with vitamin E and aloe leaves smooth posh-shave skin. A precision trimmer on the back of the cartridge details for hard-to-reach areas such as sideburns, under the nose, or around the neck.
  • SLEEKFLOW GUARDBAR: Guardbar guides the skin and hair into the cutting blades, which helps to reduce the chances of the skin being accidentally nicked or cut. Also, it holds and lathers the shaving foam or gel effectively.
  • OPEN BLADE DESIGN: allows for easy rinsing of the blades, which can help to keep them sharp and clean for a longer period of time. You'll be able to get multiple shaves out of each blade, saving you money and reducing waste.
  • INTERCHANGEABLE RAZOR HEADS: Any Dorco blade refill fits any Dorco razor handle. They ensure a safe and comfortable shaving experience for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

  • The Dorco Pace 4 is now my lifelong razor of choice.
Style: 16 Cartridges (No Handle)
I had been using the Pace 4 razors for 2 years when I decided to check out the Pace 3. I shaved half of my face with the Pace 4 and the other half with the Pace 3 for several days (always the same half getting the same razor each day). I then installed fresh blades and did the same test but swapped sides. In both tests, the Pace 4 consistently left my face smoother immediately post-shave. I sometimes go several days without a shave. The Pace 4 can get clogged if I don't rinse after each pass (I should point out that unless I have almost a beard, the Pace 4 very very rarely clogs if I rinse between each pass). I had wondered if the Pace 3, with fewer blades and more open distance between blades, would be a better fit for those longer periods between shaves. I thought it might clean easier, or at least clog less. I did not bother testing how it clogged or how it cleaned when clogged. The shave itself was poorer enough compared to the Pace 4 that I just don't care. I did use Pace 6 blades once long long ago. I did not do a comparative test. I do remember them being exceedingly difficult to clean, and that's why I quit using those so early on. So I'm confident in choosing the Pace 4 as my lifelong razor. It gets a closer shave than other major name brand razors I've used. They are significantly less expensive. They last a long time (I bought 16 Pace 4 cartridges in June, 2017 and had two remaining in November, 2019). I do not shave everyday, though I did back in 2017, in more recent time I shave 3-4 times a week. And there are times in winter I just grow a beard instead. So your mileage will vary. ... show more

  • Best Price For Quality
Style: 16 Cartridges (No Handle)
Before I used these Dorcos I used a Gillette Fusion5. Dorcos work just as well and are much less expensive than Gillettes. These work well for both my scalp and my face. I have coarse, wiry hair, but these blades provide a clean cut without nicks. I never get razor bumps, which I'm very prone to, so long as I change my blade out often enough--which ends up being about once a week. During that week I shave my whole scalp (I'm pretty bald on top) 2-3 times, and my neck and cheeks (I have a short beard) every other day. The cartridge will snap back into the plastic case, so I store it there with the handle attached to keep it from getting dirty and dinged up. My only complaint is that it when I started using it, it took multiple shaves to edge my beard correctly, because the side of the cartridge is wide and it's hard to see where the end of the razors are. ... show more

  • Switched from the club that ships to you
Style: 16 Cartridges (No Handle)
I switched from the Dollar Shave Club after being a member with them for probably over ten years. I was getting sick of the ever increasing prices of their razors and a lot of shipments ended up missing over the course of being a member with them. I’ve heard in the past that Dorco made the Dollar Shave Club razors. I’m not sure if that is still the case since they were bought out by a major player in the razor industry (unilever I believe). But either way, I find that these work just as well for me as the Dollar Shave Club razors always have. The price is better and I know with Amazon shipping them to me, I won’t be nearly as likely to end up with razors missing that I have to contact someone about. I use each one for about a week and the blade lasts pretty well the whole time without much irritation. For less than $25 every four months, I can get my razors through here and feel happy about it. ... show more

  • Perfect fit for my old Dollar Shave Club
Style: 16 Cartridges (No Handle)
Thank goodness for these! They fit absolutely perfect in my old dollar shave club handles and work just as good as their blades too. I’m so happy I can use them again, their new versions are horrible!

  • Decline in Quality
Style: 16 Cartridges (No Handle)
The quality of their products has declined since they moved to selling only on Amazon. It's not terrible, but it's not what it once was. I used to purchase all my razor blades during the holiday sales (good price) and a blade would last between 1 to 2 weeks depending on my shaving regularity (good value). However, now I pay higher list prices for a product that doesn't last as long. When I come across another decent razor I'll probably try it. ... show more
