Wow! Bought this for a friend to replace their fire tablet. This thing is amazing at 3 times the price I paid. Easy set up. Lots of memory. Fast processor. Excellent graphics. Gets a little hot but not overly so. I’m really impressed with how much device you get for so little money. When my current iPad mini is ready to be retired I 100% will buy one of these. I'm sure it is a very good product, but I tend to have very bad luck when purchasing anything on line. Ex. If you bake 100 cherry pies and only one has a pit, I would get that piece! The problem I had was it would take up to ( seems like) 5 minutes to start and volume didn't work properly also the brightness constantly changed while reading or watching a movie. The screen is ok, it's 1200x1920 so just slightly better than 1080HD. The hardware came out in 2019 so it's pretty dated and performance is slower than expected and only about half of my old android 10 tablet. With a G57 this should be faster then my old G52. Says it works on 4G but will not use a sim for AT&T, customer service is non existent! Canned responses and BS of contact your provider, it might be a blocked IEMI. Their web site is straight out of the box with sample instructions on what to put in the auto reply. This is the typical BS that will change my buying habits right here: Protected by A-to-z Guarantee The Amazon A-to-z Guarantee protects you when you purchase items sold and fulfilled by a third party seller. Read more, they guarantee it it arrives broke they will get you a replacement and other than that they will transfer you to a non english speaking tech support that has NO CLUE! This is another item don't waste your money another piece of No Name junk that Amazon sells which shouldn't even be allowed on Amazon definitely ruining the name and Company half the stuff that you order take forever to send back hard to get your money back and it's not worth buying
