I have had these for a few months. When I first got them I was disappointed by the small amount of “gel” that was in them. You could barely see what the kids were writing in them. Now a few months later they are all dried out. I spent my own money to buy these for my students and we really don’t use them that often. I used this with my students instead of sand for letter practice in small groups. I took them out last week and the gel was dried up. I cannot use them at all. I received two off my school registry and purchased one myself. They are useless now. I am so disappointed because it is a great concept but now a waste of $. This is a doodle board that you can’t doodle on. The jelly underneath the pad is hard and spread to the edges of the pad and unable to be spread back towards the center. The jelly is unmovable. This was extremely disappointing as an Easter basket stuffer. Would not recommend at all.
