This machine is great. I’m legally blind and was able to about t put the machine together along with the help of my wife. I’ve been working out using this machine and the results are great. No need for me to have a workout partner to spot me as I bench press. It also has cables which allow you to work every major muscle in your body. The price is also reasonable and quality seems to be strong and durable. Customer support is great I shredded the top cable as I installed it incorrectly. The customer service rep responded quickly and sent me out a cable absolutely free of charge I would definitely recommend this machine to anyone who is serious about their physical health. 10 out of 10 ... show more

We received the shipment about four day quicker than the estimate. It came well packaged. I was able to put this together solo in about 3 hours with a few breaks. The pieces came packaged clearly. In the end, nothing was missing and all screws/wires/bolts fit correctly into the machine, etc. The instructions are not great but the video helped when things got confusing. I am really impressed how well this fit into my small space. I contacted the seller before ordering to confirm the dimensions and received a quick reply. This is a very nice Smith Machine for the money. Very smooth action. Straight forward assembly but the directions are very vague. The reason for only 4 stars is the welding. Very spotty welding like a teenager was just learning how to spot weld. So far everything works perfect. No other complaints. If you're on a budget this machine is for you. ... show more

I would like to express how satisfied I am with the purchase of my Squat rack from DONOW FITNESS. The rack is perfect - if you would like something solid and economical to use in a home gym. Make sure you use the equipment correctly because you can damage the pulley cables and they will need to be replaced. I can contest too that. I notified DONOW FITNESS that I need a replacement cable and Jane responded immediately and a new cable was provided. I really appreciate excellent customer service. So far so good. It is a 4.5 star but Amazon doesn’t let you do that. It’s great in a tight footprint and does everything we want. Good value. Instructions to assemble could be easier (but that’s most fitness equipment). Go slow and methodically but I think all of these fitness companies need to hire an IKEA guy to write assembly instructions. Took about 5 hours but so far we love it. One of the great things about this machine is it takes less space than some of the other full function smith machines. However, I am 5’10” so the machine works for me but if you are 6’4” or over, the height of the machine may be too low for you. I didn’t buy the DoNow flat bench but bought the Marcy adjustable bench which allows us to do more leg work and incline press. We now have a full purpose gym. Overall it was a great purchase. I didn’t require any support so I’m not sure how that is if you run into problems. Maybe DoNow can respond and describe their support process if someone needs it. ... show more
