This machine is great. I’m legally blind and was able to about t put the machine together along with the help of my wife. I’ve been working out using this machine and the results are great. No need for me to have a workout partner to spot me as I bench press. It also has cables which allow you to work every major muscle in your body. The price is also reasonable and quality seems to be strong and durable. Customer support is great I shredded the top cable as I installed it incorrectly. We received the shipment about four day quicker than the estimate. It came well packaged. I was able to put this together solo in about 3 hours with a few breaks. The pieces came packaged clearly. In the end, nothing was missing and all screws/wires/bolts fit correctly into the machine, etc. The instructions are not great but the video helped when things got confusing. I am really impressed how well this fit into my small space. I contacted the seller before ordering to confirm the dimensions and received a quick reply. I ordered the DONOW smith machine. It arrived and the assistance from messaging the company was always on point of I needed anything. The machine is well build and solid. The assembly was pretty straightforward until it was time to run the cables through the wheel tracks. That was extremely confusing to me, as the instructions are very difficult to figure out, when it comes down to the cable connections. There is a YouTube video that helps but it is still difficult to figure what goes where. But I survived and the machine works extremely well. If I had to do it again, I would have made it a couple days set up vs. trying to get the machine done asap. Highly recommend and if anything is missing or not working, they will fix it. I would like to express how satisfied I am with the purchase of my Squat rack from DONOW FITNESS. The rack is perfect - if you would like something solid and economical to use in a home gym. Make sure you use the equipment correctly because you can damage the pulley cables and they will need to be replaced. I can contest too that. I notified DONOW FITNESS that I need a replacement cable and Jane responded immediately and a new cable was provided. I really appreciate excellent customer service.
