I’m the type of person who will research to obtain the best (quality and reliability) product I’m looking for. I bought this brace due to pulled tendons. Things had escalated to the result of almost unusable. Overall, this is has been a great brace. I have noticed a major difference with my arm since using it. However, I cannot give it 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ for a few reasons. One person (the injured one) can put it on without help, but it can be a little difficult, depending on the situations and circumstances. I measured my arm (twice at least) along with having another person measure for me and purchased accordingly, which was a small. I took into consideration everyone’s comments and feedback as well. I’m just under 5’ 4” and about 150 lbs. I feel this is a bit big lengthwise, at least for a female. I can’t say for sure, but I feel the brace is designed more for males than females. Another reason for 4 stars is (with myself at least) my arm becomes sweaty and uncomfortable. Now this could be due to the fact my body temperature runs hot at times. So hot that people have called me a furnace. Regardless, it is a great brace and I would purchase it again. Definitely worth every penny. I would love to see this brace designed to tailor females better. If that was done, I’d be first in line for purchase. By the way, if anyone has any feedback or suggestions on how to make this brace more comfortable or anything at all, I’d love to hear it. ... show more

Heavy duty brace that is lightweight and minimal metal. I would recommend a sports sleeve underneath because the inside material gets uncomfortable after a day. I bought for a UCL tear. Worked very well.

My elbow is toast, prone to hyperextension and overuse injuries due to past injuries. This brace made all the difference for me during a recent family move. Lifting and loading boxes and furniture for 3 days straight would have been very painful without the added support of this brace. Not too bulky, fairly comfortable, no pain afterwards. I have pain in my elbow from a number of reasons, and have tried a lot of different braces for relief. This is by far the most effective in terms of support, compression and fit that I have ever tried. My arm isn't long as I am only 5'6,but I have worked out my entire adult life. So it's been a challenge to find a brace that fits properly. I have even had to resort to using a knee brace. I like these much better than most braces I've tried. Have a UCL tear and needed some real stability. The Large almost fit alright, but was so tight I couldn't wear it for more than 30 minutes. The XL was like a arm tent, so huge. I find it hard to believe that I, with my seemingly normal arms, would be stuck between both common sizes - neither of which fit. ... show more

It works to hold my elbow in place, IF I tape the straps. It’s also very hard to get off when you sweat and I got the size recommended for me and I wish I would’ve gotten the size up.
