I can’t say enough great things about this play set! It arrived earlier than expected! It took a couple of men to put it together. But, assembling the play set was the easiest. Each bag of hardware was labeled with Step #1, Step #2, etc. Each board was also labeled clearly. They give you extra parts in case you lose a part or need one later. We live in the Midwest where the wind is always blowing. We wanted a play set to be sturdy enough to withstand those winds and still look attractive in our yard for years to come! Our grandson has already played on it many times! He is just 2 years old. He will still have plenty of years to play on the set! We felt it was great value for the money! We bought this swing set for a three year old. Assembly was time consuming for to the number of parts, but it was as easy as putting together a Lego set. Parts were clearly marked and separated by step. Overall quality is excellent and we believe this will hold up for years to come.

I had to write a review because I am so impressed with this product. My wife and I only spent 2 days building it (she only got involved while the kids were at school) and have been using it for a week so far. - First of all, it arrived very quickly. - All the parts are there, nothing is broken, and the kit even comes with a whole bag of extra hardware and drill bits. This is helpful. - I love that the hardware is bagged separately for each step of the instructions! It saves TONs of time not searching through a giant mess for each little washer or screw. - Comes with a drill bit for the specialty screws they offer. So you can just put it on your power tools and go to town! -The instructions are clear and easy to follow, making building this thing a breeze. Even with just one mom involved while the kids were at school, it was done quickly. - Materials are all of good quality. It feels solid. The kids love it! Tip: Like I said, look for a drill to make holes if needed. Use a square to straighten the corer. If you drill slowly with a power tool, the wood is soft and may crack near the edges of the board. I've never had a big project that was so easy to put together. Everything is labeled, so it is so easy. Took about four hours to put together me and my husband and for the price, you cannot beat it. We had one part that was broke when it came in. But didn't keep us from putting it together. I messaged them they immediately got back with me I already have another part on the way. Was so easy They go out of their way to personally message you before shipping that way, if you need anything at all is easy to get back to them and contact them.I would buy from them over and over again ... show more

We ordered this playset after careful consideration for our daughter's 5 year birthday. We could not be happier! The quality is amazing. My husband and father in law were impressed by the organization and clarity of instructions and materials. They have built many things together. Having the hardware labeled by step was a huge help!! They could tell it was good Cedar wood. They put it together in a day. Customer service was also amazing. We had one of the 4 boxes get lost at fedex and Dolphin HQ sent out the correct missing box and it arrived on time for us to put it together before the party. Our daughter LOVES this set!!
