As a now former Harry's and (even worse Jeremy's) customer, I have to say I like the DSC product. Unlike Jeremy's new and just as craptastic as the old handle, DSC actually uses sturdy parts in their handles. They actually have, wait for it, METAL components in their mount. I don't see the DSC handle breaking from a 4" fall from the counter into the sink bowl like the Harry's. If you want to avoid the horrendous experience of Jeremey's poor customer service and 'angry at everyone for everything' attitude and Harry's rotten quality give DSC a chance. The razor grip and razor heads are a great value for the dollar! If well kept, a single razor head lasts several uses before it starts to dull. The multiple razors per head ensures a close and comfortable shave. The grip is also pretty comfortable. I’ll be ordering these razor heads consistently from now on. I bought the more expensive smooth metal one first. That heavy metal handle is built very well, and feels expensive. However,.. it turns out that heavy and smooth isn't ideal in the morning when your hands aren't fully awake, and are slippery with shaving cream, and you're holding the handle upside down to shave upwards under your nose. When the description says "4 Blades" it does not mean you will receive 4 cartridges, it means the cartridges will have 4 blades on them. That was our mistake We also didn't receive the cover for the blade. We'll see how the quality is, but this isn't a good first impression. We have the original Dollar Shave Club blades and handles and we always liked those, and we bought this for our teenage son, so we hope this will work. ... show more

It wasn't a big deal, but there were only two cartridges, not four. The handle seems kind of cheap, but hopefully it holds up.
