This light was ordered for a bathroom that had limited space due to a soffit. It is compact and has the ability to down-light. Buyers beware: The packaging for this item is poor. I had to order 2 to get one functional unit. The glass lamp shades in the box were broken - one of the boxes we received was clearly returned already (this was shipped by Amazon for a 3rd party seller). Per the other reviews the broken glass is common with this model. The metal part is exceptionally sharp on this light fixture (thin construction with razor sharp edges) - not uncommon on low cost light fixtures but beware this is worse than average - wear gloves installing! The finish isn't what I expected - it is sort of a bronze with a black speckle finish - not a very good paint job on either of the units I ordered. I will share a close-up of it so people can know what they are buying. All-in-all I wouldn't buy it again and would search for other options. ... show more

Like other reviews stated is a weird color but high enough you can't notice. My biggest issue is the workmanship- several of the light stems were cooked and we needed to bend them back into place. It was somewhat of a challenge installing and lining up the outside cover to wall piece as the screws were very short. ... show more

I used this light to replace an 8 light Hollywood style fixture. This really updated the bathroom. I ordered both the 3 and 5 light versions. Unfortunately the 5 light came with one of the glass covers broken. I received a very quick response to my email through Amazon and 1StopLighting quickly said they would take care of it and actually shipped me 2 glass globes just in case.
