I really love this retainer case. Definitely an upgrade from the basic bright red case I got from my orthodontist years ago. The best part is there are 2 silicone trays to hold your retainer so you can switch them out easily and wash them. Im not really sure what the chewy accessory is for. The brush seems like it will work well and it is thin enough to fit in all of the crevices. Our tween really likes this case. It opens and closes easily, fits her aligners, wax, and rubber bands with plenty of room leftover. We love that is comes with an extra silicone insert that we can trade out and wash easily with soap and water. Mirror inside. Extra rubber that can be placed inside the restroom. It comes with pouch but I don't use it. Liners fit pretty good. Quality is good just don't drop it w/out the pouch. Overall. It's a good buy!👍

Daughter loved the color options and the mirror. Having ome silicone tray for in the compact and one for the bathroom counter is nice. The retainer remover tool isn't something my child uses, but the little brush is nice for cleaning. This also fits a couple of interdental brushes and a flosser pick.
