This is awesome! Towels have to stay in for the fill 20 to be warm all over. If less than 20, then there will only be warm spots. We haven’t used the hooks which would probably solve this problem. Sometimes we put our robes in here under the towels too so they’re warm. Sometimes we put the kids pjs in here before bedtime, too! ... show more

It fits my towel, hair towel, and my bath robe in it. But the more you stuff into it the less hot it will be. Do wish I could be hotter.

A good friend of mine put me on to this towel warmer, I didn't even know it was a thing! I am in love with this. I put my towels and my fuzzy socks in before my shower and come out and they're nice and toasty for me. Thats everything after a long hard day at work. It has hooks for smaller items. I love the design of it, not too big so it doesn't look tacky no matter where I put it. It fits beautifully in the corner of my bathroom. I love that it has a automatic timer on it which is awesome. Love the scent feature also that's a huge plus. I have already told a few of my friends about it that were in the dark like me, so I am sure that they are checking it out right now also. The media could not be loaded. The product was great for about a year. After that the buttons began chipping and the panel would display numbers even after it was turned off. What prompted this review is that now when turned on, no matter if I put it on 20, 40 or 60 minutes, it counts down like a ticking b0mb! Tossed it in the trash out of fear!! ... show more

I’ve been using this towel warmer for a couple weeks now and am pretty happy with it. The towels get pretty hot in a pretty short time. It works much more quickly than my other warmer from a different brand, which stopped working after only 6 months. It’s also much more compact, taking up less of a footprint on my bathroom floor.
