It’ll fit along with another carabiner in a VT prussick eye, or along side other items in an ascender. Fantastic little single-purpose carabiner. Worth the price for 1, but I’d buy a dozen if they were cheaper.

It is what it's made for. Very small and only rated for 4kN (not for any climbing) but it can accept a normal diameter rope. For such a small accessory carabiner it's super expensive and costs more than a normal size full strength carabiner. It's very small and skinny that it's hard to handle just like any other cheaper counter part key chain style clips. This little carabiner is exactly what I needed for attaching my large telephoto lens to a strap. It is a perfect size and shape to be able to slide unencumbered on the strap and swivel freely on the attachment point, affording me freedom of movement without being too large or compromising security for my gear.
