This product was listed as DJI Mavic Air 2 Fly More Combo & Auto-Activated DJI Care Refresh Bundle-Drone Quadcopter. The problem with this is that the Fly More Combo includes several parts that were not included in this product, it's a bait and switch. Once it was returned I had to jump through hoops to finally get a refund and Amazon was not helpful until two weeks after it had been accepted as a return from supposedly an Amazon Warehouse. ... show more

It is unbelievable that you buy a 1000 dollar drone and it does not fly. The first time I tried to fly the Mavic air 2 it started to smoke and never turn on again. I sent it to dji support and they charged me $ 600 saying it was my fault (my drone never flew) I am very frustrated with my purchase. Rather than having a quality product that I bought, I won a $ 1000 disaster with another unexplained $ 600. thank you Dji. ... show more

This is one of the best purchases I've ever made in my life, seriously. The negative reviews for the refurbished drone (referring to the Mavic Air 2) are either BS, written by total Karens, or this seller has seriously stepped up their game. I included photos, but if for some reason you can't see them, the Fly More Combo does in fact come with everything listed on both amazon and DJI's website. Pro Tip: I thought I was missing some of the wires and charging units, as well as the filters, but they were in a little pouch that zips into the inside of the cover for the carrying case. ALSO: I was actually nearly going to write a negative review for this, but it was taken care of promptly and easily. If you get the fly more combo that says it comes pre activated with DJI Care, mine did not come pre-activated. To save a little time, don't hit DJI support up for this activation code. If you message the seller via amazon, they'll get back to you in my case early the next day with an activation code and a link to quickly use it. This eased a ton of stress for flying, as DJI care is insanely good coverage, they will replace I think up to 2 a year and even replace it with water damage or if it flies away. Way worth it. As far as the condition of the drone, it's legit flawless besides one tiny scratch on one of the arms. Seriously negligible. You honestly could have sold this to me as brand new and I would not have noticed that, I found it because I was looking for it. The propellers as far as I can tell are brand new, never used. Someone wrote a 1 star saying that they looked like they were muddy and highly used. This was not the case. They are even wrapped and sealed for me. The drone flies and operates flawlessly, controller is in perfect condition, camera is in perfect condition and works flawlessly. Another Pro Tip: The propellers have a little white ring on the connecting part, and then the connecting arm itself will either have a white marking, or it wont. Make sure you match up those 2 when you install the propellers, or you will get an error on take off. I also thought the drone was defective for a while before I figured this out! Summary: This is a complicated piece of tech, with tons of moving parts, and a bit of a setup and learning curve. I bought the refurbished unit and everything was FLAWLESS, I can't stress that enough. Hopefully this curves up the negative reviews on this because I can personally tell you from experience, and maybe I'm lucky but I doubt it, that they those negative reviews are completely BS. This is the real deal and if you have the money, it may be some of the best spent money you'll ever spend. I cannot wait to dive fully into this hobby ... show more

I normally find a product and have no issues and never do a review. I bought the Renewed Mavic air 2 with the fly more package and care refresh. I was reluctant seeing some of the reviews on this site about how they turned into a table brick and other things associated with the firmware updates subsequently rendering the drone useless.. I was worried that would be the case for me.. I opened the box, followed the instructions.. I haven't had a single problem, everything is working as it should. Almost no wear marks on the drone itself. I had to look real close to see a small scuff on the drone. I think others have had bad luck with it, but I have not. It's a cool drone. I'm astonished on what it does. I have had experience flying little toy drone around. After that experience this drone is very easy to fly.
