  • Resin casting is a fun project for all ages. Simply pour resin into the molds to make a nice trinket box with matching lid. You can add beads, rhinestones, sequins, dried flowers, pictures or anything you like. Mix the resin with paint, micas, pigments and glitters to make it even more unique. Compatible with most types of resins and other casting materials such as soap, wax, etc.

Each item comes out nice with a great shine. Be careful not to let bubbles gather in the lips of the lid, it’s a good product. I use it a lot, it has not yellowed and is still the creations are coming out smooth

The media could not be loaded. After reading the reviews, I decided to give this mold a try. This was so EASY to use (mind you, this is my first resin project). My resin came out beautifully!! Although there were some bubbles, it had nothing to do with the mold rather than the experience you have with resin working. Bubbles typically come from how you stir the resin and the temperature in the room you’re stirring the resin in. I did a second batch of resin by water bathing my resin and hardener bottles for 15 mins, stir slowly (Yes, this makes a HUGE diff), and pour in slow. My resin came out crystal clear!! If that doesn’t work, try a diff resin brand :D I use Alumilite brand. Oh yeah, don’t forget to wash your silicone with warm soapy water afterwards! ... show more

    • 2 out of 5 boxes had imperfections.
I've done dozens of boxes now, and I love, and don't love these boxes. The hexagon shape has an imperfection, looking into the finished box. There is a rough cut that shows. Also, the square is a pain. The lid doesn't like to sit in the box, and one side is always off shape. It needs a support to keep it square. The other shapes have been nothing but great.
