16 oz. of hot coffee. 1000 days of coffee. If you like to have a big supply - this is for you. These are a paper hybrid product, so if you are green sensitive, not sure how much plus or minus this material is for the environment compared to paper or Styrofoam products. The material does a good job keeping the hands away from the hot liquid in the cup. The cups seem fine as far as strength of the cup. Be sure to order the right lids (for the 16oz cup) as they don't come with the lids, you need to buy them separately, or else your morning commute might get a lot more interesting while you try to keep the coffee in the cup while giving the one finger salute to the dude that just cut you off. I have been using these cups for 15 years and buy them by the case. However the most recent case that I purchased has serious problems. The cups felt smoother on the outside. I soon realized that this was because Georgia-Pacific has eliminated much of the heat insulation on the outside of the cup. As a result the cups are too hot to hold. I could not carry one 15 feet from the coffee pot to the table. In my opinion these are DANGEROUS. Do not buy them unless you want to risk dropping a hot cup of coffee because it is too hot to hold. And – by the way - as others have found out some of them leak. Don’t buy these. ... show more
