This rug isn’t as dark as it looks in the photo but it’s fine for me I got it for where I put my feet when sitting on the sofa. It would slip on a non carpeted floor so you’d need something to go under it. It says it’s machine washable but I haven’t needed to wash it yet.

Good area rug with an extra distressed look! This rug came folded instead of rolled, leaving square fold marks and a few wrinkles (which is why it lost a star in my rating). Hopefully after several weeks they will go away, but they are quite pronounced. The design is very nice, giving it a heavily distressed vintage look. In places it almost looks pixelated if you look closely, not a game changer, but something to note if your picky. Colors are beautiful and vibrant! Even though this is a flat (no nap) rug, it’s still very soft on my bare feet! The bottom has a no slip rubber like grip texture. It does not slide around on my hardwood floors.
