The Hyperspeed Series focuses on vehicles inspired by the movie's high speed spacecraft and this Zurg Fighter Ship with Zurg figure is ready to take on Buzz and his team! This intimidating personal ship of Buzz's prime foe is more than 9 inches long, 7 inches wide and 4 inches tall. The Zurg figure is 2.25 inches tall, with movable joints to allow him to sit in the cockpit. Button- activated missiles on either side are ready to provide realistic battle play and landing gear lets this movie-accurate ship come in for a soft landing. Fans will want to collect all the vehicles and figures in the Hyperspeed Series to complete the fleet for active play or to create a thrilling Lightyear display. This was really cool looking and I had hoped to gift to my grandson to be compatible with the Buzz ship from the new movie that he really loved. This ship is about the same size, but Zurg was much smaller than the Buzz that came with the ship I bought earlier from another department store. Also, boys tend to be hard on toys and my 3 yo grandson is no different. He wanted to zoom and crash and slide it down his slide and take it all over the place with him, sometimes dropping it. It didn't hold up well to that. The small Zurg was lost almost immediately and within the first 3 hours the lid/top of the cockpit to the ship came off and was not easily put back on, and kept coming off so often, that we just left it off. ... show more

At the $21 price point, this is $4 cheaper than my least favorite ship in the Hyperspeed Series; the Armadillo. Zurg's Fighter has a great sculpt, a decent amount of detail, a nice little Zurg figure, and two missile launchers with a nice amount of oomph. I can't recommend it enough even if you don't plan to get the rest of the line. ... show more

My son loved it, I think the ship looks amazing! It's durable, and while zurg isn't the highest quality, it's the ship that is the selling point. I can see me opening it up and adding leds.
