This is a good set. The short flippers like these give you much less propulsion than longer flippers, unfortunately.

I’m a scuba instructor but I needed snorkel fins to take on a cruise. I took the set with me and it was terrible! The mask was just as good as my $100 masks. The fins were soft and adjustable. I didn’t need water shoes or dive boots. We went to St. Thomas’ Magen’s Bay. It was beautiful and my snorkeling expectations were high. I was skeptical at first but these were great. I am 5ft 8” 210lbs, size 10 shoe and my husband is 6ft 3” 290lbs, size 12 shoe and these fit perfectly. We had enough room for adjustments and the plastic was soft but durable. No leaks and once I was taught how to stop mines from fogging they were perfect.     • My daughter has been using this to practice in the pool.
We are going to Mexico next year and my daughter has never snorkeled before. She has been using this to snorkel in the pool and get practice in before the real thing. Works great! I think the neoprene band is an added bonus as it makes it seem more fancy, which my daughter liked.

Now that it's warm, I finally got to use this out in the ocean. Works great! The mask seals properly over the eyes, and the snorkel tube is easy to breathe out of. The mask stays put on your face without falling off. I do recommend this product for other people looking to vacation and snorkel.
