I have bought and used this product before and the texture is supposed to have a slightly firm consistency but be soft enough to be able to manipulate it through your hair. Both products that I received from this seller were very runny. It was almost like water was mixed into the product as the consistency felt like a cheap lotion. Personal care product received were used. I ordered 2x 2 Packs (4 jars total) to have enough products to compare. As you can see in the image, they all arrived in the same box. However, the 1st 2 jars appears to be used and the other 2 jars new. Someone scooped some out and scraped the side to clean their fingers. See images. When I have purchased this is brick and mortar stores it’s very thick. However ordering 2 at a time, both are very thin. My suspicion is that this reseller has cut the product to create two jars. Disappointed.
