The media could not be loaded. Packaging: It's compact and well-protected, ensuring the mattress arrives in pristine condition. The instructions recommend waiting for 3 days for the mattress to expand and return to its original form, which it did perfectly. Odor: Many new mattresses come with a strong chemical smell that can take days, if not weeks, to dissipate. However, this mattress is completely odor-free right out of the packaging. Firmness: The mattress strikes a perfect balance in firmness. It's not too hard, not too soft, but just right. It's a medium-firm mattress that provides the right amount of resistance for a good night's sleep. Support/Comfortability: I bought this mattress for my girlfriend who has back pain. As someone who suffers from back pain, she found that this mattress alleviates discomfort, providing a restful sleep. The only minor drawback is the softness of the edges. If you step on them, they might feel a bit too soft. However, who sleeps on the edge anyway!? In conclusion, this mattress is worth every penny. The edge support could be improved, but it's a minor issue that doesn't detract from the overall quality and comfort of the mattress. Highly recommended. My corgi approved it as well! ... show more

The mattress was saggy! It prompted back support and cooling coils. It made my back worse getting of the mattress was difficult because it saggy with the littlest amount of pressure. I felt myself overheating more than usual. I request a return or exchange. They sent out a single shipment label no box or repackaging instructions. I just got this mattress yesterday and super easy. The guy brought it up to the door and I got it brought the box in and opened the box the unwrapped it open the bag and it went from a small box shape into a queen size mattress and threw it in the bedframe and slept on it at night let me just say my husband and I were so comfortable that I had to extend my car rental because we both didn't want to get out of bed lol ... show more
