This mirror is amazing. It was very well packaged and came in perfect conditions. The electrician installed it with no issues. The bathroom look great and the mirror provides enough light. I had some questions about the weather app and I emailed the vendor. They were great with communication; in no time my mirror was functioning perfectly. We love it! The packaging was excellent. The mirrors are in good shape, easy to install, however I would prefer few additional glue on plastic holders to wrap the really long cord so it does not push the mirror away from the wall. As far as features, all 3 mirrors had dimmer and defogger, but do not have weather display as it was described in the add. Also one of the 3 mirrors I purchased the dimmer does not work properly it only turns off slowly but effectively does not reduce light gradually to lower amount of light. ... show more

Very easy to installed with the provided hangers. Simple plug into a normal outlet. Lighting was good and the dimmable feature is nice for the morning. the defogger works great, it does not fog up at all even with the hottest shower. I like the weather feature in the corner also. The mirror was delivered with a small chip in the corner. I emailed the address on the sticker of the mirror as instructed to do so, they responded within the hour and are replacing it for free. I received the mirror and there was an issue with the LED light. Contacted custom support and they got back to me same day. After some back and forth testing they decided to send a new mirror. The new mirror works great, looks great and really dresses up our new Master Bath. While we love the mirror, I really love the excellent support received.
