Style: Ø 125 mm (5 Inch) - GRAFF Black

Features

  • UNIVERSAL - Our cut off wheel has a CONSTANT DIAMETER that allows dry cutting of metal, rebar, iron, metal profiles, aluminium, different types of pipes and other sheet metals.
  • LONG LIFE - According to the test results, GRAFF BLACK enables us to make more than 5000 cuts. The increased lifetime of this cut off wheel is ensured by high-temperature plasma soldering and a new generation of diamond grit in the cutting segment.
  • CONVENIENT IN OPERATION - Our cutting wheel is more comfortable in usage than any abrasive wheel: fewer sparks, no dust, no smell, no overheating. The diamond cutting wheel can be used for grinding burred edges that can leave after rough metal cutting.
  • SAFE WORK - Due to the special construction of the disc body made of high-strength steel, disc rupture is excluded when operating at a high rotation speed (12 250 RPM).
  • CERTIFIED - Our metal cutting wheel was certified by MPA Hannover.

  • It works
Style: Ø 76 mm (3 Inch) - GRAFF Black
No more worn or broken cutoff wheels, less dangerous and you just keep cutting. Great tool

  • Incredible
Style: Ø 115 mm (4 ½ Inch) - GRAFF Black
I’m skeptical as always when buying stuff and never expect good quality. But I am genuinely amazed at how well this cut off wheel performed. I was able to complete the exhaust on two vehicles which included cutting multiple pieces of exhaust tube and metal of various sizes. And it appears I could still do many more if I needed. Held up well for the job. ... show more

  • cuts sheet metal very well
Style: Ø 115 mm (4 ½ Inch) - GRAFF Black
Cutting wheel worked well for a metal roof project. Gave it four stars because it wore down after about 20 cuts as apposed to two cuts per 4" abrasive discs. I will buy again. Good product for the price

  • so far I love it!!
Style: Ø 115 mm (4 ½ Inch) - GRAFF Black
First it cuts clean I don't get filthy with the dust and debris like with the normal cutting discs. Second so far it has cut every type of steel I've tried it on. Third it doesn't break into little pieces throwing shrapnel at me which often hurt like hell. So far the only downside is that it cuts quite a bit slower than the composite discs. if it lasts a decent amount of cuts I'll definitely be buying another. haven't had and used it long enough to know durability and longevity I'll update later as I use this near every day on the clock. So far I'm very happy and impressed with it. Update #1 Jan 26 2023 it still works like it did when new and I'm probably at around 350+ cuts, very happy with this!! ... show more

  • Worked great on my old galvanized chimney chase cap
Style: Ø 115 mm (4 ½ Inch) - GRAFF Black
My 30+ year old galvanized chimney chase cap was rusting out. I had it replaced with a stainless steel cap. The chimney contractor told me disposal of the old cap was my responsibility. The town where I live wanted me to make a special appointment to pick up the intact chimney chase cap and pay a $25 pick up fee so I did some research. The town where I live says it’s OK to put anything non-toxic that fits in their trash bin. I used this diamond wheel to chop up the galvanized metal cap so it would fit in my trash bin. Once I got the wheel started, it cut the 16 gauge galvanized sheet steel almost as fast as I could move the angle grinder. It took me 15 minutes to cut the old cap into pieces. This Diamond wheel is far superior to the vitrified cutoff wheels that are a mess and degrade quickly. The rapidly decreasing diameter of the vitrified wheels also make them cut slower. So I played by the town and waste law rules, didn’t violate any environmental laws and got rid of the cap thanks to this Diamond cutoff wheel. As you can see, I made it fit in the trash can. Hope that helps! ... show more

  • Cutting wheel
Style: Ø 115 mm (4 ½ Inch) - GRAFF Black
This cutting wheel surprised me. It went through 3/32" thick steel, from cutting the top off of a 20 gallon air compressor tank, and 5/8" plug on the bottom of the tank. Yes, it took about 2 hours to do this, but the wheel still had a lot of use left to it. Was impressed.

  • Cuts less than half speed but without sparks, dust and stink.
Style: Ø 115 mm (4 ½ Inch) - GRAFF Black
I just cut some 3x3 by 1/4 inch angle iron, and I did a comparison between this and some Pretec abrasive cutting wheels. I was very pleased on the first cut with this diamond blade, but with each cut it slowed significantly. By the third cut, I estimated that it took 3 times as long as the thin kerf Pretec discs. That was really discouraging, as otherwise I love the lack of stink, dust, and sparks. The Pretec standard abrasive discs would only last for 2 cuts each. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C6CY2DPJ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 But I can get quite a stack for the price of one of these, and I was not able to stand the cutting speed of these after just 3 cuts. On each cut, they got slower. On in-shop smaller jobs or thinner stock, the lack of dust, stink and sparks may make me consider it. For outdoor work on heavier stock I'll stick to the Pretec abrasive disks. ... show more
