Upon installing, it was really simple, just be careful to remove all of the film from both sides. Taking it off can be difficult, which in this case is great. Really good quality and protective feel without major bulkiness. The built in screen protector was a plus for me as I’ve been looking for a case with that feature. It came with lots of instructions and different ways to access them. The only thing I don’t believe it came with was a cloth to clean your phone screen beforehand. It’s very easy to attach, although took me a minute to find the separation seam and realize the top part of the case is much smaller than the back. Only thing I would like also is if it came with a cover for the charger port. I was on a cruise recently. One night as i entered the elevator, the door shut and hit my body. I was holding my phone at the time and just the worst thing happened! My phone fell right thru the gap in between the elevator!. I was on the 9th deck and I saw my phone falling and hitting the wall on each floor. They finally retrieved my phone the next day and my phone still intact! I’m so impressed with the durability and just scrapes on the surface. UPDATE: I will say this seller has GREAT customer service! I received a response shortly after posting my review to rectify the situation. They were very friendly and followed through with what they offered immediately. ——————————————————————— Ordered about a month ago. I actually really liked this case and the idea of not having to get a separate screen protector, but had to order another because it doesn’t protect the screen well enough. The back part of the case is great and I love the bumpers, but the problem is, dirt and things can still get inside the screen from the top openings, and unfortunately my screen has some major scratches as a result. Also, the camera lense protector cracked in the corner and the adhesive started loosening. I really wanted to love it, but It’s just not a great case for every day use and phone protection, unfortunately. The only bad thing was getting the case open to insert my phone. It said to use notch in bottom corner but there is no notch. So I actually made two little scratches on the bottom using a butter knife to pry apart. There were no wipes either or magnet ring for wireless charging.
