0 instructions. Poorly made. Needed this to replace some tabs I lost during a remodel. The small tab to control the spring pops out as soon as you try to place any tension on it.

I needed these to replace on a recessed light installation I was doing in my master bed room. This was the perfect sized and works well. You have to make sure the little spring clip is installing correctly for it to work.
