The media could not be loaded. This thing is awesome, it gets hot super quick and the dual power options make it easy to tailor to your needs. The plan was to use this for camping so I tested it with a portable power bank, on low it pulls the stated 400 watts +/- 10 watts, on high it pulls more like 950w watts in my case (I was able to run it on my 800 watt rated EcoFlow by turning on Xboost which lowers the voltage of the outlets but increases overall wattage available for non sensitive devices such as this pot) oddly once Xboost was turned on the pot only pulled it's original rating of 800 watts +/- 10 watts (not really a concern for anyone plugging it into a wall socket as they should all be able to provide the necessary power as long as too many other devices aren't connected to the same circuit). I tested how long it would take to heat up 4 cups of tap water, to get it from 57° to 180 (perfect tea/coffee temp for me) it took 5 minutes, to get the water to a rolling boil it took 6 minutes and 30 seconds on high. The unit was pulling 900 watts for 6.5 minutes during this test so overall it took about 100 Wh of energy to get the water up to a rolling boil. Cleaning is a bit funky since you can't wet certain areas but with how nonstick the cooking surface is so far it's not too difficult overall to get it clean. ... show more

Perfect for omelets and boiling noodles. Heats up quickly and cleans up easily. I love how nothing sticks to this little pot/pan. Only time will tell about the health benefits and durability of Ceramic Glaze Coating. Great find for under $30.

UPDATE: After my original 2 star review, the company contacted me and offered a full refund. I responded I would like a refund and I thought, "Wow! That is great customer service." HOWEVER, after my response they contacted me again advising they needed a photo to refund my money. Of course I had already thrown the product in the trash. There was no point in keeping around an item that did not work. SO... now I'm taking a star away as I feel customer service is not good either. That photo would not have shown them anything. The pan outwardly looked just like it did the day I received it. SO, now I know I will never purchase another Dezin product and WARNING: if you do choose to purchase and product quits working, take a picture before throwing it out... maybe you'll get your money back, although I'm guessing they will find some other excuse to deny the refund. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought this pan about six months ago. I have used probably 20 times and it will no longer heat up! $35 is a lot of money to spend on an item that will only work a handful of times. I was scared at first ngl and I was scared it was going to explode 😂 it didn’t and it’s still going strong! My boyfriend and I have used it to make STEAKS, Egg fried rice, burgers etc. it is small so we have to cook burgers one at a time and steaks but it’s so nice with the situation we have. The only problem I have begun to see it I think the top cooking part is splitting from the bottom. I tried to pull on it to see if I could pop it out to make it easier to clean and it didn’t come out yet 😂. ... show more

It gets hot, is easy to clean, and I love that I can steam things or cook things so easily. However, it only has two heat settings and the low is still so hot that it burns some things in seconds. I can't even let it heat milk without watching it the whole time. The cord is pretty short too. And while it is large enough to cook some items, it is a little small and yet clunky for other scenarios. I like it and will keep using it, but I see room for improvement. ... show more
