I bought this case nearly three years ago when we got our new phones. It was starting to chip and look a little worn, so I thought I would try something else. I was wrong. This case is the best. It still works after three years, through the plastic on the screen is starting to look a little worn. But it still works! And as far as protection of my phone--I have dropped it numerous times and never had even a scratch on the phone. So if this case becomes unusable, I will replace it with the same. Highly recommend. I got this case for my galaxy note 20 and it fit pretty well, but the fingerprint scanner was not working very well. I eventually had to cut out the plastic part and put a normal screen protector on it. For some strange reason the s pen doesn't work near the fingerprint scanner for me, I have tried to readjust it but it doesn't seem to make any difference. It does a good job of protecting the phone though and the kick stand is nice, it slides back in and doesn't have to click which is good because over time that has weared for me in the past with other cases ... show more

Ok so everyone who says that finger print scanner doesn't work is wrong an they clearly didn't read the instructions which clearly tell you to erase your old finger prints an scan your new finger prints again after the case is installed, which once that is done an you scan your prints again after the case is installed it works flawlessly. I can account that the durability of the case is fantastic as I had the older version of the same case without the scanner an it held up perfect for over 2 years. This case for the Samsung galaxy note 20 5g is perfect it will only fit that model not the ultra model so make sure you are reading the description properly. But to be honest with everyone this case is 5 stars all around an im so happy to my finger print scanner back. I like the feel and shape of the case but to much dirt and lint and other particles get inside the case. Also it's not very durable, I dropped it while i was walking and the front of the case cracked all the way across

This case went on our business phone and we are not easy on them. It fit the phone like a glove, can wireless charge with it on the phone, and it has an easy to install screen protector. Going to see if I can get it for our other phone models too.

The screen protector makes this product 100% unusable! I have reprogrammed my finger prints 6+ times with the touch sensitivity turned on-95% of the time I cannot unlock my phone with my finger print. Using the stylus to type is equally frustrating because it types out extra words, wrong words, etc. You have to press down so hard to get it to barely function. I have had to erase over 20 extra words or letters just in the time I've been typing this review. The screen protector also scratches very easily. Mine was scratched on day one. My last case lasted two years and I only had to replace it because the kick stand finally went out. Very disappointed in this product! I very rarely leave negative reviews bc I think there is enough negativity in the world that I don't want to add to it but I see this as a consumer report to save others from the frustration I've had with it. (I'm now up to 30+ words I've either had to erase and do over or extra words and lettersu had to delete) ... show more
